SwipeAuth Privacy Policy

SwipeAuth helps you import, search, copy, favorite, export, and clean 2FA codes on your device. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

Data Handling

SwipeAuth stores 2FA secrets in the device Keychain and generates OTP codes locally on your device. The app does not send your 2FA secrets, OTP codes, account labels, cleanup decisions, or statistics to a developer server.

Permissions

SwipeAuth requests Camera access only when you scan Google Authenticator transfer QR codes or standard 2FA setup QR codes.

Export Warning

Exported QR codes and otpauth URLs contain 2FA secrets. Only export to devices or storage locations you trust.

Tracking and Advertising

SwipeAuth does not use advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Data Deletion

Deleting a 2FA code removes its local record and associated Keychain secret from the device. App cleanup statistics can be removed by deleting the app from your device.
